The shipping schedule is calculated on ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Unless otherwise indicated shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.

For your convenience you can estimate shipping costs prior to checkout. Your final total shipping charges will be calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s).

Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method or have shipping restrictions because of the material or restrictions on shipping to your location.

A street address is required for all expedited orders. {No PO Box for expedited orders}

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Any order placed over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday-Holidays) will be shipped the following business day. Overnight Shipping Orders must be placed before 10 AM (EST) for it to be shipped the same day and for expected delivery on the following business day (Holidays, Weekends excluded).

Separate orders are required for multiple shipping locations.

Shipping Carriers

Standard shipping orders are shipped by FedEx, or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Expedited or Express orders are shipped by FedEx. We also offer Standard and Premium Freight Carrier Delivery

Email Notification

Once you complete your order, you will receive two emails:

  1. Order Confirmation email: Your order has been accepted.

  2. Shipping Confirmation email: your order has left the warehouse and your credit card account has been charged. You can track your order using the link in this email.

  • FedEx Ground® 1 - 5 Business Days All Packages are shipped Ground unless customer requests other options.

  • FedEx Standard Overnight®: Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Cut off time for overnight delivery is 10 AM (EST).

  • FedEx 2Day® 2 business days, delivery by 4:30 p.m. in to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).

  • FedEx Express Saver - 3 business days Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m.

  • United States Postal Service (USPS) Basic Shipping (4-12 Business Days- Tracking Number Not Included)*

International Orders


All international Customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties applicable to their region, including any levied by their government and/or customs administration. Any shipment that is refused due to failure to pay duties and taxes by international consumers is then subject to shipping cost to return said items and any taxes, duties incurred by by said shipping process.

We ship all Canada orders via USPS Postal Service or FedEx Priority (Depending on item, price and weight). Orders may take anywhere from 3-10 Business Days to arrive *Customs holding not included in timeframe.

FedEx Priority International (starts at $49.95 and will vary depending on weight)
We ship all Canada, Great Britain (UK), Australia orders via FedEx Priority International with tracking & signature confirmation. Orders may take up to 2-3 Business Days to arrive *Customs holding not included in timeframe.

Cancelling and order Change Policy

Our goal at is that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, see return Policy.

If you feel you've made an error or would like to change/ cancel your order. Sign in to your account and select View Orders, then click on the order number. Select the item{s} you'd like to cancel.

Items cannot be canceled online if they have already been processed for shipping. Keep in mind we strive to ship your order out on time.


All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department.

Items shall be returned in new, unused condition within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit our online RMA Form Request, and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

In calculating refunds the time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items under warranty should be shipped to their respective manufacturer in accordance with the terms and agreement with that product and manufacture. will not be held responsible for manufactures defects.
