Service Policy & Instructions
Three easy steps for service:
Step 1: On the Service Form fill in the required fields and submit electronically
4 Reel Services. Please make two copies, keep one for your record and place a copy in package.
Step 2: Ship reels to:

Step 3: Completed Service - 4 Reel Servicestm will email you upon completion of reel service/repair, we will you provide you with the total cost of service; parts, return shipping & Ins. and sales tax (FL residence only). Upon approval via email, we will need your credit card information as stated on approval email; we will process your card and email an invoice. Once payment is received your reel will be shipped.
Accepted form of payment: VISA, MC, AX and DISCOVER, BUSINESS CHECK3, MONEY ORDER.
Please note: Services and Repair rates do not include: Parts, Shipping, Insurance and Tax2.

- When shipping reels we strongly suggest you properly package reels and insure the items. 4 Reel Services shall not be held responsible for reels lost or damaged in shipment.
- Sales TAX collected for Florida residences only.
- Reels may be held till check clears
- We cannot ship to P.O Boxes. In most cases we will ship via FedEx Ground unless you request an expedited return. Rates will be furnished
